Garden Fairy
I wonder what fairies look like.
When I walk in the garden, dancing in the air, I see many butterflies.
I sometimes ask myself if, in between them, a fairy can hide.
They both have wings and can fly.
Maybe, just maybe, some are fairies, and I can’t see them right.
Today, between flowers, I saw lots of butterflies.
They all flew around me and covered my eyes.
They whispered in my ear with a slight tone of smile:
“Don’t search for a fairy in this garden bright,
As we found one with no wings, but she seems just so right.
We flew all around her, covered her eyes,
And hope she discovers when we unveil the sight,
The magic she has, what makes her so bright.
The fairy is you; look no more outside.
The fairy is you; see the magic that lights.”

Hada del jardín
¿Cómo serán las hadas?
Cuando camino por el jardín, veo muchas mariposas volar.
A veces me pregunto si entre ellas, una hada se podría ocultar.
Ambas tienen alas y pueden volar,
¡Quizá algunas son hadas y no las logro encontrar!
Hoy, entre flores, vi muchas mariposas danzar.
Todas volaron hacia mí, y mis ojos lograron tapar.
Susurraron en mi oído suavemente, al compás:
“No busques hadas en este jardín primaveral,
¡Pues ya encontramos una, que aún sin alas es muy especial!
Sus ojos logramos cubrir, uniéndonos todas al volar,
Y la podrás descubrir cuando finalmente te dejemos mirar.
Siente la magia, lo que te hace brillar.
¡El hada eres tú, ya no busques más!
Para ser hada no hay que volar.”
