Refund and Returns Policy

Policies on Warranty, Returns, Exchanges, and Right of Withdrawal

All our products are personal use items that have undergone rigorous quality inspections to ensure their functionality and overall condition, fulfilling our commitment to quality. However, to protect the rights of our consumers, this is our policy regarding warranty requests.

SECTION 1: TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR OUR LEGAL WARRANTY

Through this policy, JV ATTEN LLC presents the terms and conditions for exercising the legal warranty that supports its products under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws. In general, consumers have the right to return defective products and receive a full refund or replacement.

If any of our products have a manufacturing defect or quality issue, customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. To initiate a return, the customer must:

1. Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
2. Describe the defect or issue with the product.

Customers must send a return request to [sales@tailoredstories.com] including the following information:

• Name
• Order number
• Product name
• Reason for return
• Photographic evidence (if applicable)

Shipping Costs: The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Once we receive the returned product, JV ATTEN LLC will process the request within 10 business days. In the case of a valid return, customers may choose one of the following resolutions:

• A replacement of the defective product.
• A full refund to the original payment method.

SECTION 2: CANCELLATION OF ORDER DUE TO DELIVERY FAILURE

If an order is canceled due to failure to deliver within the expected timeframe, JV ATTEN LLC may issue a refund for the amount paid for the product. For this, the customer must submit a request with the following information:

• Name
• Order number
• Date of purchase

Once the request is received, JV ATTEN LLC will have five (5) business days to determine if the refund is appropriate. If approved, the refund will be processed within the next 10 business days to the original payment method.

1. General Information
JV ATTEN LLC (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) ships to all municipalities in the United States through allied shipping companies. International shipping is not available.

2. Customer Notifications
Once the purchase is completed, the Customer will receive the following notifications via email:

• Transaction confirmation.
• Notification of order placed.
• Transaction confirmation.
• Invoice notification.

3. Product Preparation Time
The preparation of the product(s) will take two (2) business days from the confirmation of the transaction.

4. Shipping Confirmation
After the shipping company picks up the order, the Customer will receive an email and/or text message with shipping information, tracking number, and estimated delivery date.

5. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are approximately:

• Metropolitan Areas: 1 to 3 business days.
• Major Cities: 2 to 5 business days.
• Hard-to-Reach Destinations: Up to 15 business days.

6. Shipping Costs
The shipping cost (or “Freight”) will depend on the Customer’s location and will be provided in the cart summary at the time of transaction. Generally, the Customer will cover the Freight cost when purchasing or when receiving the product if cash on delivery is chosen (if available).

7. Product Delivery
Once the product is delivered, JV ATTEN LLC is not responsible for its loss or destruction. If delivery is delayed for reasons such as:

• Refusal to accept without justification.
• Non-receipt within two (2) weeks from the first delivery attempt.
• Incorrect address.

The Company may cancel the order and refund the Customer.

8. Disclaimer
The purchase implies acceptance of the transportation contract, where JV ATTEN LLC acts as the sender. The Company selects the shipping company for each order, and the Customer will be informed at the time of purchase.

JV ATTEN LLC is not responsible for loss, damage, or delay in delivery, unless attributable to the shipping company. For claims or inquiries, the Customer can contact us at the email [sales@tailoredstories.com], without excluding the responsibility of the shipping company.
